Biscuit Bitch
1909 1st Ave, Seattle, WA
Crema's Take
“This Seattle institution lives up to its cheeky name with pillowy-soft biscuits that are genuinely transformative—whether you're going for the spicy links sandwich or loading them up with gravy, eggs, and cheese. The crowd here knows what they're after: no-frills counter service that gets breakfast fundamentally right, plus solid specialty drinks like their standout London Fog that show the coffee side gets real attention too. It's the kind of place that converts locals and makes visitors understand why people will wait an hour around Pike Market just to bite into one of these biscuits.”

Oh my god. This place slaps! I really enjoyed! I was raised in the South in Texas, but let me tell you.. This place is a new stop as a Washington Local now. The biscuits are so soft and warm, they melt in your mouth good. The gravy was just phenomenal and the atmosphere is everything. Try it for yourself!
The food was fantastic! Fresh and homemade 😋. I had the spicy links bichwich and it is the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. Definitely give it a try. Just an FYI this is not a sit down restaurant. You ordered like you would from a food truck. They have a few tables along the sidewalk.
Good but not great IMO! (Sorry.) The biscuits are definitely the highlight—I’d eat a tray—but the filling was meh. (Sorryyyy.) The London Fog is EXCELLENT though. Compliments to the chef/barista. Recommend ordering ahead online.
Recommended to come here and try some biscuits. I ordered the biscuits with the gravy and scrambled eggs on top and cheese. It was good and filling. Definitely something different. Also ordered a pumpkin coffee drink but I didn't really like it, tasted watery. Girl at front was very friendly, great service!
Wow! What a breakfast biscuit! Arrived at 9 am, so during the breakfast rush and a one hour wait. But Pike Market is around the corner. Despite the “name calling” and wide us of “vulgarity”, due to the business name, these guys were super helpful and friendly. There are a few small tables along the street if you’re able to snag one. Pictures don’t know this biscuit justice!
