I ordered the Thai tea latte with mango pearls, but I was disappointed to find that it did not resemble the enticing picture I had seen. Instead of the promised burst of mango flavor, it tasted like nothing more than sweet tea mixed with milk. Overall, I felt it was a complete waste of money.
Anthony and Saul were amazing! They helped us try new things and really went out of their way to make sure that we had a fantastic experience. We really appreciate the extra that they give.
I came in on a Saturday afternoon and it was a bit busy but it was such a calm and welcoming atmosphere! I was greeted and while waiting and looking around, the employees made sure I was taken care of and asked if I was picking up or waiting long. I ordered an original egg waffle with powdered sugar and a large mini pearl mango smoothie. My order came out promptly and the egg waffle was so warm and rich with flavor! Not too sweet but everything paired so well! The tables and counters were very clean and I could tell this Gong Cha is very well taken care of compared to other Gong Cha’s. Even when the customers died down, I could see how hard the employees were working to make sure everything ran smoothly. Such a beautiful gong cha inside and out with beautiful music and a wonderful atmosphere! I can’t recommend this place enough!
It’s a nice spot to hang out, unwind, and enjoy a great time with friends. The place gives off a relaxed and inviting vibe. The interior is cute — modern, bright, and super clean. They got self-ordering stands which make the process fast and convenient. You can customize your drink easily and avoid talking to employees. Beyond the drinks, the shop creates a welcoming environment. They have a shelf full of board games like Uno and other classics, which adds a fun and social twist to the experience. The customer service is friendly and helpful — staff are attentive without hovering and happy to answer any questions about the menu.
Very nicely decorated! Beautiful! I ordered their Peach Teaffogato, which is like a peach slushy with black tea according to the staff there. It wasn’t bad at all. We also added a peach jelly as topping in our drink. If you check in, you should receive 1 free topping to claim in the store. I also ordered their original egg waffle. This is the first Gong Cha place I saw that has egg waffle. One of the reason that draws me here because Gong Cha that I’ve been to in Philly doesn’t have egg waffle! And surprisingly, it was not too bad. I like the crispy texture but in my opinion, the taste is missing some egg flavor though. Overall, I would go back for more.
