Head over Berries

I love going to Head Over Berries! I love getting the Scorpio's Favorite protein drink every time. It is this Scorpio's favorite drink!!

Definitely need a new front desk person. I ordered two açaí bowls, went to pick them up meanwhile 3 people are being refunded for whatever happened with their order. My turn is next and I ask to pay for them and she said she couldn’t make them because they’re out of the açaí base. Like what? I asked her why didn’t she say that over the phone then proceeded to say she didn’t know who was calling. Which is why caller ID exists for a reason. An extremely annoying experience.

We waited over an hour for the single worker to make 5 açaí bowls and 1 smoothie. No other customers were present. By the time they were made, the acai was melted and inedible. No sense of urgency no apology.

I first came here about a month ago and have been hooked ever since! Head Over Berries is my go to for wellness food. I really enjoy their My First Time Açai bowl although I have elected to replace the bananas with kiwi. This past week alone I've gone three times! The atmosphere is peaceful and zen like.

When you ask for extra almond butter, this is what you get every single time! I absolutely love this place. The acai bowls are delicious & the smoothies are so refreshing. It's very clean inside and the customer service is great!
