Really great atmosphere and even greater baristas! The signature latte with macadamia milk and coconut was DELISH! 10/10

I'm a student at Groundlings and come here all the time. It's the best neighborhood coffee spot in the area. The baristas and team are super friendly and the coffee is fantastic. They have these seasonal drinks that make the day feel special. Nice assortment of small business brands of various things on the side. Kombucha for days I already had too much coffee. Kids play area for the kids. Highly recommended!

Can’t wait to come back for a positive review after my first be bright pour-over as I think I had the best bean in North America and haven’t had a good quality of Geisha for long time. I dropped by for a cold brew and grabbed a bag of “unique & surprising” to go and the barista shared a small cup of its cold brew for me to taste. I am glad i have tried because it was really surprised by its freshness and flavor and almost wanted to have another large cup of coffee if it’s not my first drink at that day of arrival after a 5 hr flight without a full meal😿 I followed the brew guide on the website but have cut half of the size and still get the same profile as I have had for cold brew. I will definitely come back for other coffee drinks next time🙌 Nice staff with the chill atmosphere and a kids area provided which is rarely seen

One of my favorite finding in Melrose and have seen myself coming back multiple times despite plenty other options around the area. It's also uncountable how many times I've recommended it to others. The location's strategic being at the heart of the city, though it may mean parking can sometimes be tricky. For those with lil' kids, they do provide a nice play room so you can enjoy a bit of chillin time over great cup of joe. I do love the contemporary atmosphere it features with the artsy paintings and posters around the walls. The baristas are all very helpful in assisting you to pick your order and even accommodate customization requests. On my initial visit, I went for their signature Vivid Cream Latte, which was their version of brown sugar latte with cream top and cocoa powder. The drink that made me fell in love with this place on first try, served just at right sweetness with great brown sugar taste that nicely didn't overpower the bold coffee flavor. The cream top also came as perfect balance to the cup, which sometimes atypical one ended up diluting the coffee. On my other visits when I wasn't really feeling like having cream top coffee, I would go for their hot brown sugar latte introduced by the barista as I wanted brown sugar in my coffee but not the cream. I ended up easily being its loyalist!

Saw this place recommended on Eater. Came in when i saw Frank La won the 2024 US Barista Championship. Tried the Vivid Cream Latte and on first sip was highly impressed with flavor. Worked in the shop for awhile. Good vibes on the interior with a small play area for kids and modern music (at an appropriate level)
