Crema's Take
“True Baristas has built a genuine reputation around exceptional barista skill—particularly Jessica, who shows up repeatedly in reviews as genuinely talented and invested in regulars—and creative signature drinks like the Tiramisu latte and Dalgona cold brew that people actually rave about. The vibe is warm and unpretentious with solid pastries and light food, though the "slow sit" tag suggests you shouldn't expect quick service during busy hours. At 4.4 stars with mostly glowing feedback, it's a reliable neighborhood spot worth visiting if you're in Coconut Grove, though not quite exceptional enough to plan a special trip around.”
What to expect
Espresso-focused, with creative signature drinks. A slow-sit spot, good for meetings. Pastries and light food on the menu.

My husband and I have visited True Baristas Brickell everyday of our 7 day vacation. The staff is friendly and caring. They show a genuine appreciation for their customers. The food and beverages are amazing!! This will be our spot whenever we visit Miami.
Awesome staff explained the menu and popular items. We got the Tiramisu latte (iced) and the Dalgona cold brew. Both were 10/10, some of the best coffee we’ve ever had! Highly recommend. (Pictures taken after taste test, couldn’t resist!)
Got the cuban oat milk latte as recommended by the barista. It has a special sweetener in it that made it cuban style. Tasted great. Spinach and cheese empanada was crispy on the outside and the fillings were cheesy with spinach. Not too heavy for breakfast. Highly recommended…
