Animas Chocolate Company

I purchased over $300.50 dollars of chocolates for gifting . I asked for sample and was told NO I bought one for myself for their ridiculous amount of over $3. for one crappy chocolate WTH who charges that and does not want a happy customer. Just should have given me a sample . Is this what my home town has come to ??.. Just rip any one and every one off …Good customer care means nothing any more ? I will from now on take my business elsewhere and hope others will appreciate a patron who buys that stuff Very Disappointed

Animas Chocolate & Coffee Company is amazing. Everything tastes incredibly fresh and high quality. They gave us a sample of their hot chocolate and it was unbelievably good—rich, smooth, and not overly sweet. We picked up a mixed box of truffles and every single one was outstanding. The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable, happy to explain flavors and make recommendations. Definitely a must-stop in Durango.

Very busy on NYE day. The atmosphere is very cool. My friend and I stopped here to get some warm drinks. We decided to sit and sip our delectably crafted hot chocolates and then took them to go.

Such a wonderful experience and a true highlight of my trip! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm cup of cocoa to sip on. One of the employees kindly walked my sister and I through each of their chocolates, sharing stories about their company and each chocolate along the way. The customer service was exceptional, the staff were incredibly kind, and the cocoa and chocolates were absolutely delicious! You can tell these people truly care about their customers and put love into what they do.

Delicious sipping cocoa offered as you walk in the door. Amazing ambiance. Killer customer service. Great truffles. The owners are amazingly friendly and were cool to let our family look around the facility even though there was not a tour happening at the time. We loved the cocoa pod they have on display. Super rad place to indulge. Thanks for a fun and tasty experience. Sunlight Peak, Colorado Cache, and Avalanche are definitely delicious!!
