Ali was awesome when I stopped by the coffee bar this week. She was so sweet talking to customers while making their drinks. My hot chocolate was perfect! Definitely will be back

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The lady working found getting a cold untoasted bagel out of the fridge and handing it to me so complicated. Instead she took our order watched a 2 yr old scream for a bagel that she confirmed she had went back to making drink orders. It wouldn’t have taken any extra time to grab the bagel and hand it before starting another drink order. Needless to say we left without getting a bagel that was ordered and paid for. I cannot fathom waiting longer for a bagel when we already were waiting 10 min. Unless the owner is working who understands customer service I will not be going back ever again. Maybe the lady will shock me and refund the money, but I won’t hold my breath.

I stopped tipping at check out cause I was getting my hot drinks half filled. I carry cash to tip after I receive good quality drinks...This is a $5.60 drink (no sips taken)
