The inconsistency is the real problem: you might get a perfectly executed hot chocolate or a thoughtfully made specialty drink, but you could also arrive to find the doors locked well past opening time, or receive a half-filled $5.60 drink that suggests no one's quality-checking their work. If you're willing to gamble on timing and hope you catch them on a good day with a good barista, the creative drinks and genuine customer engagement can be worth it.”
