Bagel Rock Coffee

Bagel Rock Coffee is a small dive right next to CMH hospital on Main Street in Ventura. I heard they use New York water to make their bagels? Never had a bagel like this before. Seemed like the dough didn't rise enough because it was freakishly flat, but it still tasted good. But when you pay an extra $2.50 just to add cream cheese spread to it (the bagel cost the same amount), you'd expect a generous portion. But the bagel was flat with barely any cream cheese. They didn't even have a lox schmear. The Coffee was good, but the cheap cup leaked out underneath the lid. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who expects a good bagel. Go to Noah's on Victoria.

This bagel shop does everything right. The bagels are fresh and flavorful, the service is friendly, and the shop has a welcoming atmosphere. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick bite or sitting down to enjoy a relaxed breakfast, it’s a great experience. I’ve already recommended it to friends and will continue to visit regularly.😊

Visited Bagel Rock Coffee today and the food was outstanding! We ordered the jalapeño bagel sandwiches, and they were packed with flavor — fresh ingredients, perfectly toasted bagels, and generous portions. Even my kid enjoyed the meal! A big shoutout to the owner, who was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome. And thanks to his nephew Don for recommending this place to us — he wasn’t kidding when he said their bagels are the best in Ventura. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to!

Hands down, the best breakfast spot in town! Bagel Rock Cafe, actually rocks!! It has exceeded my expectations in every way. The deli meats and bagels were incredibly fresh and delicious, and the halal options were a huge plus. They offer sweet and savory, but what really impressed me was the owner’s friendly gesture and comfortable lounge seating area. The service was exceptional too; friendly, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed. They even customized my order according to my dietary restrictions and preferences. We ordered turkey, bacon and corned beef sandwiches on fresh jalapeño,mushroom and cheddar cheese bagel along with lettuce wrap with turkey. 5 stars isn't enough - I'd highly recommend Bagel Rock Cafe to anyone looking for a top-notch breakfast experience!

Hands down the best bagel shop in the county! I've been coming here for years and they never fail me, everything is perfection. Try the bagel sandwich - so fricking delicious - roast beef is my personal favorite. Everyone here is so friendly.
