Crema's Take
“Ding Tea Eagle Rock brings the beloved bubble tea chain's signature creative drinks to a neighborhood that's been craving them, with standout options like fragrant hojika oolong milk tea and inventive creations that staff like Janelle will thoughtfully match to your taste preferences. While the space could use some TLC with updated furniture, the fast service and quality drinks—from perfectly chewy golden bubbles to delicious strawberry yogurt—make it worth a visit, especially if you're a loyal Ding Tea fan or exploring specialty tea options beyond the usual suspects.”

Tea is great but get some new chairs please. They look moldy 😬
I came to this store for the first time and wasn’t sure what to order. Janelle was incredibly friendly and patient, she kept asking about my preferences and recommended drinks that suited me perfectly. She had a big smile the whole time and such great energy that I felt truly welcomed and respected while ordering and enjoying my drink (thank you again Janelle🥰). My experience here was amazing, and I wish every restaurant had service as warm and attentive as hers!
I recently visited this restaurant and while the service was fast, I was disappointed that my request for half ice in my milk tea was not fulfilled. Despite this, the strawberry yogurt was delicious and satisfied my craving. I also enjoyed the Monster Boba with cream cheese which had a great taste. However, the Taro milk tea was just average. Overall, my experience was alright but the ice issue made me hesitant about returning in the future.
Standard bubble tea place in an area that doesn't seem like it's over run with bubble tea shops. The hojika oolong milk tea was fragrant and the golden bubbles were nice and chewy. Staff was friendly and very patient while I took my time deciding what to order. Bubble tea was made really fast. There was not much of a cozy ambiance but the store was clean and spacious. You can probably find street parking here when you duck in and place your order.
I’m here for the soft opening. My friends and I have been waiting for so long for Ding Tea to come to Eagle Rock. We have frequented Ding Tea in other locations and drove for it because it was worth the drive. Now our journey has shortened! This week they are soft opening with limited options but they will be fully operating by March 27, 2021. Their hours until the 27th are 11am-8pm and the after the 27th it will be 11am-9pm. The acoustics are not great so it’s really hard to hear through the masks and the sneeze guard and the blending and loud patrons. The employees can use a mask or maybe put some sound absorbing things up in the wall. This location always had that problem with other businesses and the added elements of covid doesn’t help.
