I love going to rain and grind to get me a meal replacement smoothie a protein coffee or shake I also love their juices they have as well! I love going through the drive-thru because it's so convenient!

Rind & Grind might be my favorite spot in Salina now. Their smoothies are sooo good and the bowls hit every time. The workers are always really nice and the store is super clean! I stop here way more than I should but honestly never had any regrets!
