Great service, coffee, price, and vibes

I waited for the cashier who did acknowledge me, and came to help after another customers drink was made. She was friendly and helped me decide what to order. I ordered a simple iced latte and for some reason it took minutes to get my drink even tho I was the only customer waiting. I eventually walked closer to the counter as she was finally putting the lid on it, but then a friend of the barista came to say hi, so I had to stand there and wait for them to converse before she handed it to me. The ice was already mostly melted and all the sweetener was at the bottom. Disappointing way to spend $10

Great coffe, friendly service, good studying atmosphere.

Both bathrooms didn’t have any toilet paper and looked nasty as hell, people were resorting to paper towel which is not it. Took 30 minutes for my drink, and the coffee tasted burnt. Either 1) Schedule more people to work if they can’t keep up with the orders, or 2) Let people know the wait time since anything over 10 minutes is too long. However, the inside was super nice! Just not happy with my experience unfortunately.

I love foxtail. After being in Florida for the past few months and discovering foxtail for myself i was so excited to find out they would be opening in my hometown. While in Florida they never messed up my order and my drinks and food were excellent every time. Unfortunately every single I go to this location they never fail to mess up my order. Either partially frozen food or completely undrinkable coffees( I order the vanilla caramel cold brew with caramel cold foam, I get it with either no cold foam at all, plain cold foam or an excessive amount of cold foam. it makes it either wayyyy to sweet or in the case of plain cold foam it adds no sweetness at all or I’m just drinking a plain black iced coffee) . I just want a good drink from my favorite coffee spot. I love this company and their menu I hope that once the opening madness has settled I can get back to loving foxtail coffee.
