Dolce Caffè
435 S Parker St, Overland Park, KS
Crema's Take
“This hidden gem in Overland Park sources exceptional European coffee and pastries, with a smooth, carefully crafted espresso that's the real draw—no burnt taste here, just Vienna-quality beans pulled with care. The owner is genuinely warm and engaged, making regulars feel at home while the cozy atmosphere works equally well for a solo escape or lingering conversation over a winter spice chai. Skip the food and stick to what they do best: thoughtfully made coffee drinks that inspire people to drive an hour just to experience them again.”

Coffee here is GREAT. However we got a sausage egg and cheese and a beef and onion and they weren’t great. Cold when they came out and pretty small for the price. Probably wouldn’t get food here again. The space is cute but a little crowded.
First visit, 1 hour drive, Will do it again! We were looking for something new to try for Valentine's Day, and after seeing the Dolce Caffe on a FB reel, we decided to make the rainy drive. It was well worth the drive and we will be back! The place is small, friendly and fun. The entire order tasted amazing and they made us feel like we were regulars. We were struggling to pick out beverages because they all sounded amazing. I would highly recommend this Cafe to anyone looking to try something a little different and not a coffee shop chain. Thank you Dolce Caffe!
Loved my winter spice chai and chatting with the owner. This is a hidden spot- no sign outside with coffee from Vienna, very smooth no burned taste. The selection of European pastries look yummy too with some nice savory and sweet options as well as GF selections.
Such a friendly and welcoming place! This new coffee shop is an absolute gem. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a smile, and the staff makes you feel right at home. The atmosphere is cozy, the service is quick, and the coffee is delicious. You can tell they truly care about their customers. Definitely my new go-to spot!
From Tasty Treat to Total Treasure, A New Chapter for a Beloved Olathe Spot If you grew up in Olathe, you probably remember Tasty Treat, a local favorite and a fixture in town for years. So it’s especially great to see this iconic little building brought back to life as Dolce Caffè, and with so much heart. The new owners have done something really special here. The decor is stunning, warm, modern, and welcoming, a huge glow up while still honoring the charm of the old space. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to slow down, sip your drink and just be. The service is top tier, friendly, genuine, and full of that small town hospitality we all love. And the coffee? Easily some of the best in Johnson County. Smooth, rich, and clearly made with care and passion. It’s so inspiring to see a small business come in, respect the past, and build something brand new that the community can be proud of. Dolce Caffè is more than just a coffee shop, it’s the start of a new local tradition. Don’t miss it.
