We found this spot after attending a funeral and I cannot rave enough about the food and the service. Our server Mimi was true perfection. She is the type of server to know what you need and provide it to you without you even asking for it. She put our kids food in first, gave amazing suggestions and just took care of us all around. The food 🤤🤤🤤.... My goodness... It was fantastic. No appetizers but I started with an amazing mocktail which was delicious. My kids shared the chicken and croffles, my husband had the lamb chops and I had the catfish with Mac/Cheese, yams and kale greens. Plus I even ordered a croffle to go. It was all delicious. We fought over the leftovers when we got home😂. Do yourself a favor and go by and enjoy this brunch and make sure you all for MIMI. She'll take great care of you. We'll be back soon!
Me and my boyfriend went the day before valentine’s! We didn’t make reservations and were able to be seated within five minutes. Queen was such an immaculate sever. She provided recommendations and always came back to give us updates on our food that was incredible!! We enjoyed our conversations with Queen and other servers. We truly appreciate the organization and aesthetic of the restaurant itself.
We made reservations and were seated immediately upon arrival. The waitress Queen was very knowledgeable and nice. I ordered catfish and grits with Cajun sauce and a side of Cajun fried rice. The food was piping hot when it came out. It was so flavorful. The grits were the perfect consistency and the fish was fried hard just like I like it. The fried rice was good too. I would definitely eat here again when visiting the city.
I came to Crescent City Kitchen to celebrate my birthday with my homegirls and I must say it was one of the best brunch spots I’ve EVER been to! The ambiance was great, food was nothing short of amazing, and the staff were so friendly. Erica and Shell were so helpful because I just could not decide what I wanted to order and what they recommended was a 10/10! I had the crab cake hash, croffle flight, and voodoo egg rolls. Baby my stomach full and my heart is happy! Yall have to visit them and ask for Erica and Shell. You WONT regret it!
Amazing! Everything and everyone in this place is amazing. The food was fresh, full of flavor and cooked with love. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Matt is the best. We started at the bar waiting for a table but Matt's energy/vibe kept us right there with him. He made the best drinks had great food suggestions and kept us entertained. If you haven't been go ahead and plan to visit. I will be back next time I'm in town. Shout out to the cooks for doing an amazing job.
