This place would have been a really nice spot to return to, the food was good and the atmosphere was also very cozy. A really nice place… but the service was AWFUL. I have never experienced such bad service. Our waitress never filled our water glasses or coffee until we asked and when we asked her politely for a refill, she slammed our water down and it splashed in all of our faces. She then threw a pen as hard as she could onto the neighboring table and it bounced off to where it could have hit someone. It’s mind-boggling how she changed her tune when she still received a nice tip after such terrible service. If you walk in and there is a younger girl with dark hair and thin build, save yourself the money and time and walk back out.

Best burgers in the area, Always fresh patties out, never frozen. Bun is always hot and fresh.

I don't give many 5 star reviews, as there's always room for improvement, but this place. . . .WOW. I Love the old timey decor, along with the many different license plate and a front end of a Nova hanging up. The food and service is great too. Makes you feel like Norm. If you don't know that reference, you're too young, LOL

I was excited to stop here after hearing from my wife that it was a great hole-in-the-wall spot. When we arrived, we were greeted right away the place was clean, and had a happy, welcoming vibe. The menu looked great, and the prices were very reasonable. I really wanted to love everything, and honestly, most of the burger was amazing. The bun was nicely toasted, the vegetables were fresh, and everything came together really well—except the patty. Unfortunately, it was overcooked to the point that it tasted rubbery, almost like it had been frozen. That was a letdown, because everything else was spot on. I’ll definitely give y’all a second try. Hopefully next time I won’t be disappointed, because this place really does have potential to be great.

Was headed elsewhere for lunch, but weather looked a bit sketchy so stopped in Hackett main street cafe. Definitely will be going back. Best burger in the area. Had the bacon cheeseburger, fries, and drink under $12. It's just an Old fashion, dripping, messy, cheeseburger. It's a 5 napkin burger
