I’ve been trying different coffee shops in the area and I came to give this place a chance today because some of the menu items seemed good. Super disappointed. I always think it’s kind of crazy when you go to a coffee shop, have clearly never been there, and the person taking your order acts inconvenienced for you to ask questions. I got the horchata latte after the girl working helped little to none with answering questions about other drinks. When I asked if they could give me a bit less sweetener than the usual one is made, she looked at me like I was dumb and told me how it’s already premade. As if I already knew that. Which also… premade? What? I could get a fresh made latte for the same price anywhere else. Also the drink tasted literally nooothing like horchata and was not good at all. I don’t usually do google reviews unless I really had a bad experience. Bummmmer

Better Buzz Coffee Roasters makes the best coffee compared to all other chains. I've tried Peet's, Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, starbucks, Philz Coffee, and more. Better Buzz stands out with a clean, pure, rich coffee flavor. Better Buzz's food is always unique, refreshing, fun, and delicious. All baked goods taste fresh/moist every time. Every Better Buzz location I've been to is clean, comfortable, and decent service. The biggest drawback is their rewards system: all of my 2025 points were deleted. I spent over $200 in coffee/food, all points gone 01/01/2026. Additionally, all of offers earned last year were deleted. Not fair to the customer, a waste of money.

Recently stopped by at this coffee shop it was my first time there service was amazing! I tried the coconut blend ice coffee it was delicious! Definitely recommend stopping by !
