I use the Flannery Exchange for temporary office space as I live in PS part-time. This is really a great location. Beautiful sightlines, possibly the best view from their rooftop/patio. It's clean, the management is quick to respond. They've got everything you need.

This is a great spot to shop, eat, and hang out! It's so fun and trendy! The area overall offers so many shops, this is a perfect spot for coffee and a stroll from shop to shop.

Excellent coworking space! Extremely upscale decor with full kitchen access and plenty of meeting rooms and phone booths for calls. The rooftop space is perfect for parties, and there’s an organic restaurant opening up soon as well. There’s a cool coffee shop and good shopping…
