Caffe Latte Espresso and Gifts

Served hot coffee cold, and bad attitude of barista. Would give negative based on poor attitude and customer service.

Coffee was ok, but around 65% of the volume in my cup of cold brew was taken up by ice. There’s only one person working here to both take orders and prepare them, so a line of just 3 people could take 20+ mins. Good luck getting out the door this century if anyone in front of you orders blended drinks. It’s pretty hot in the mall so I was sweating the entire wait. The carousel is next to the shop and my ears still ring from kids screaming. Prices are on the high end of high— a large Americano is like $7, 24oz of cold brew is $7.50. And that’s not including a tip which I felt super guilty about just thinking of skipping since the person behind the counter worked so hard to get orders out ASAP.

This is a fun little store, with lots of dog themed items. The lady working was friendly and very helpful. The prices were fair. They also have coffee drinks, but I didn’t try one this time. We did notice that they have many flavors of Torani syrup. If you’re in the area, stop by and check it out.

The barista was a really sweet person and provided my kid some warm milk on request.

Very friendly and fast the white chocolate mocha was really good recommend if you love coffee.
