The vibe is more "educational showcase" than polished café, and reviews are split between people charmed by the experience and those frustrated by the slower service and variable quality. Worth a casual visit if you're curious about CIA's program and don't mind that your cappuccino might not be perfect.”

My experience was great! Alot of things to look at and enjoy along with great food. It was interesting to see all of the various classes and unique food options. Definitely recommend stopping by!
