Broooooo why did it take me so long to come here?? Look.. I like churros, but the problem is there are just so many out there that are tough or just average that it’s rarely my go-to. I had just been telling my wife the other day how I love when churros have the right amount of crisp on the outside with soft warm center on the inside, highlighted by that cinnamon and sugar sweetness.. mmm they can be so good. So a couple days later, we had some time and decided to finally come try this place. When we first walked in, I already loved the ambience. It looked comfortable and inviting. We ordered the mini churros, the traditional long churros, my wife got a chai tea and my son got strawberry ice cream. He said they have Abuelita hot cocoa, so I got that but asked if the could make me one with a shot of espresso. We called it the “dirty abuelita” 😂 we also got to pick some dips and picked strawberry and cajeta. After a short wait, we got our goodies. The churros were everything I wanted them to be. Warm center, crisp on the outside.. they were fresh and sooo good. I’ll say this, might as well just get the mini churros if you want to share. The traditional single churro is exactly the same, just much longer. The mini churros were like 6 inches long and there were a bunch of them. It was more convenient tbh the dips were good. The strawberry was just strawberry jelly lol the dirty abuelita was amazing! SOO good. The right mixture of sweetness and the espresso kicked it off nicely. Again, cool decor and ambiance, great drinks and baked goods, the ice cream was good. There’s nothing I can say was wrong or a bad experience. We’ll definitely be back! I suggest you try them out!

This place lives up to the exterior decor and then some! I was surprised by how cozy and welcoming the place was on the inside. We had mazapan horchata lattes, churros, and horchata ice cream. The lattes were delicious as well as the ice cream. The churros were pretty good, but I didn’t like having to dip, I thought they would be stuffed Mexican style. Some of the tables were very uneven and could use replacing. A much more casual and friendly cafe vibe compared to other coffee places and definitely a good place to bring a date to.

This was a solid eating experience. I had the Cubana sandwich which was richly flavorful. My sister had the street tacos which were adorable and delicious. And the churros were light and crispy, not heavy and cloying like most churros I've eaten. The staff was very helpful, engaged, and I felt pretty taken care of. The name sounds like it's just churros, admittedly, but they've got a full menu (including beer, margaritas & piña coladas).

The cappuccino was pretty good and had nice presentation, but the waffle was actually terrible. The batter was completely different from a traditional waffle, and I didn't like it at all; it was very bread-y and flaky and undercooked. I couldn't eat the second one, it was just not good. Not to mention that the portioning was small:"2" waffles were an equivalent of one or less. Definitely not worth the price. We didn't want to try the churros with a price tag of $6. The atmosphere was nice and appeared clean. With so many nearby cafes and coffee shops, I don't think I'll be returning to try this one again. Even the coffee seemed a bit higher priced than other places.

I Love Churros is such a cute, friendly and delicious spot! The staff is so welcoming, and the place is clean and inviting, great place for family, friend and study time. They offer a great variety of bites, plus mimosas, margaritas, and delicious cakes. And of course — their churros are absolutely amazing! The coffee was top notch. Definitely recommended to anyone in the area, definitely coming back. Plenty of parking too!
