This review is for the center itself, not the individual establishments. Many of the aesthetics are very nice and I encourage you to shop/eat at the stores, but the center itself is a bit decayed in places... and the areas around the restrooms (which weren't bad themselves)…

Nice atmosphere, clean. The inside and it's identity is a little confusing with all the small restaurants. Brewery is good. Looking forward to warmer weather to be able to spend some time here outdoors in the evenings.
