Crema's Take
“Quantum Cafe is a bright, study-friendly spot that does respectable coffee alongside an unexpectedly ambitious food menu—think Impossible burgers, pho, and kabobs—though portions can feel small for the price. The spacious, sunny layout makes it ideal for lingering over work or a meal, though be aware hours are limited to 8 am-3 pm daily, so it's more of a morning-to-early-afternoon destination.”
What to expect
Strong matcha and tea selection. Quick-grab spot. Full breakfast, pastries, and light food on the menu. Parking available.

They are open daily 8 am - 3 pm (if double check). They serve coffee, salads, pho soups and buns. They also have bubble tea.
Maisha Oliver at Kabob-It station inside of the U of C Hutchinson Cafe has by far the best pineapple chicken kabob & salmon kabob ever. The meal was so flavorful and delicious. The mango habanero sauce was absolutely divine. You can tell the food is made with love. I also had…
The Impossible burger is very good. I recommend the brioche bun as well. The only thing missing is french fries. The burger has a variety of toppings and is excellent with or without the bun. Highly recommended but a little pricey.
Simple tables in a very sunny and spacious setting, funny name, good food, but I think its overpriced. Their "Yucatan Turkey" sandwich and salads are pretty good. It's also nice to study here if you don't mind the noise
