Crema's Take
“Call Your Mother is a vibrant, pink-hued bagel spot that brings unexpected Floridian energy to Boulder with creative build-your-own sandwich combinations and diverse topping options that actually work together. They nail the basics—crispy, quality bagels and solid breakfast sandwiches like the Thunderbird—while keeping prices reasonable and doors open early for the morning rush. The playful atmosphere and inventive menu vibe sets it apart from typical bagel shops, making it worth the visit whether you're grabbing a straightforward bacon-egg-cheddar or customizing something more adventurous.”

Pretty good, I got a build your own cheddar bagel with egg, cheddar and pastrami and it definitely hit the spot! Reasonable prices too. I'll be returning for sure!
WOW this place is so good. I was excited already seeing the cross sections posted online but nothing could’ve prepared me for the creative diverse options they have. All the combos just make sense. My favorite was the marinara sub with the spiced honey marinara WOWWWW. And the service top tier, gave me a free latte after hearing me yearn for it in line. The white peppermint matcha wow so good. I wish they had a location in California or Texas!
Best bagel around. Much trendier menu than I expected- would love them to add some straight up sausage. CYOB is probably the move, their hot honey is not it, and your order does get pricey quick. Still, do yourself a favor and have some carbs (where else can you add a latke to your bagel sandwich?) This was gas.
Really, really, good bagels and bagel sandwiches! Happy to have a solid spot in Boulder for a BEC. I got the Thunderbird (sub bacon) and it was $12 after tax - not a bad deal for the amount of bacon & cheese you get. It was a little wet, might get the hot honey on the side next time. Other than the neon pink interior, I love the vibe of the shop as well! Will definitely be back.
Walking in it's very pink and fun. It has more of a Floridian vibe than the East Coast vibe I expecting. I admit I was nervous about this place because it's vibe is similar to Voodoo Donuts: you're so distracted by the fun toppings you don't realize it's a mediocre donut. I'm happy to say that CYM is not that. No, it can't rival the NY delis, but then who can. The bagel was great, the sandwich was great, the staff were great, the price was a little high but not too bad. I would go again (but I still miss the bagels back east...) IT WAS WORTH THE CARBS!
