Hats off the best bakery in Wilmington. Their croissants are epic. Seriously, you have to try one. Stop what you're doing and go get a croissant, thank me later.

We hired Sweet D’s make a cupcake and dessert table for my daughter’s wedding and they were an absolute joy to work with, everything tasted amazing and our guests could not stop talking about how good it all was. Beyond the food, their team came in and set everything up so beautifully. The presentation was thoughtful, polished, and fit the occasion perfectly. It took so much stress off our family knowing everything would look great and be handled with care. If you are looking for a bakery and catering team that delivers both outstanding flavor and a beautiful setup, Sweet D’s is truly top notch. Highly recommend.

Good product but poor packaging = very disappointed! Ordered a few dozen croissants to take to hospital staff as thank you for caring for our family member. Croissants were packed in too small a box resulting in smashed pastries and poor presentation for “gifting” (croissants looked nothing like other pictures posted). Additionally for the filled croissants our flavor combinations were not honored- instead of having six flavors for each dozen/box as specified in my order, all of one flavor was put in one box (so each care team got only 3 flavors in their box vs the 6 ordered for each dozen). We also purchased 3 eclairs separately for ourselves which were more like long john donuts and chocolate frosting was all melted and pooled in bottom of box at pick up (3/3/2025).

I’ve ordered from here many times and have never been disappointed! This is a local gem with really friendly people and a lot of variety. I especially enjoy their glazed croissants. I’ve had many. There are really no bad choices!
