They are very sweet and professional over the phone. I had an appointment at noon and they had to push back due to a call out; which was fine and not their fault. I'm glad they were able to communicate well about it. Now for a deep clean, they did alright on the deep clean. Beware they use square for payment that has fees. (The fee I got was $20). They stated that they would send me an email about payment but I just received a receipt of them charging me. They were okay for a deep clean for moving out of a rental. Pros: Clean floors, smelled great, took care of the dog fur I couldn't sweep up, cleaned stove inside and out Cons: Damaged a cabinet door, a blind was damaged, fridge was not cleaned

I needed a deep cleaning done on short notice and Katiebug's was the only one to respond in a timely manner. They did a great job and were upbeat and friendly. I'm having them clean my other house after we move out next week. Definitely recommend!

Martha and Shoronda showed up to do a deep cleaning of my office. These girls did an amazing job. I walked around the offices, kitchen area, storage area and it smelled cleaned and the counters and cabinets and desk and even the phones and copy machine was sparkling clean. The windows and mini blinds were also nicely cleaned out. I was satisfied with the service and the pricing. I will be using their services again.

I’ve only used this company a few times (so far) and have always been pleased with the level of service — from the quick responsiveness to any questions or appointment setting to the actual cleaning work. I had started as just a one off customer but I’ve now signed on for monthly cleanings. My regular cleaner Shondra Wilson that now comes always does such a fantastic job. She’s very friendly and pleasant to speak with and she always comes in and gets right to work and leaves my house looking immaculate.

Katiebug’s Cleaning was the first cleaning service that I have ever used. Their response time to my request for a quote was within 10min. Not only did they fit me in on a Sunday, they arrived early to go over everything with me and asked if there were any focus area’s. I highly recommend Katiebug’s Cleaning. Sharonda was absolutely amazing. She has a great personality and I am extremely pleased with her work. I will be requesting her every time I have my house cleaned and will recommend her to my parents as well.
