Crema's Take

This riverside gem in Coeur d'Alene is where serious coffee lovers gather—locals walk here specifically for DOMA's meticulously roasted beans and thoughtful espresso work, whether you're ordering a pour over or sitting with a slow-brewed cup by the Spokane River. The cafe feels intentional in every way, from the beautiful spaces designed for lingering to their own 3D-printed ceramic cups, creating the kind of coffee culture that inspires people to buy their beans for home and even feature them on their own trucks. It's the kind of place where you can tell the team genuinely cares about both the craft and the community that gathers there.

Our favorite coffee in the PNW by far! Love DOMAs coffee culture and beautiful cafes. We drink it at home, and now we serve it on our coffee truck. They truly care about their coffee and people they work with.

The first time we walked along the Spokane River, we were pleased to find Doma Coffee Shop, a provider of great coffee with beautiful views. We noticed this is the place locals walk to from their nearby neighborhoods. That’s a good sign! Doma offers the full coffee menu, fine teas, and breakfast bakery items. They also sell packages of tea and coffee beans. After getting our coffee, we sat outside and enjoyed our brew in the crisp air in view of the Spokane River. Magic moments!!

Doma Coffee: Excellence Meets Intention Doma Coffee is the kind of place that instantly feels different. You can tell they care about every detail. From the 3D-printed clay cups they sell, to the sustainable materials used in the shop, to the way the space is designed. Nothing feels random. The atmosphere is beautiful. A blend of greens and warm tones that makes it feel welcoming and calming at the same time. It’s family friendly, but also perfect if you want to get some work done. The coffee is phenomenal, rich, smooth, and crafted with real attention. And their non-coffee drinks are just as solid, which makes it a spot anyone can enjoy. Doma is doing everything right. Five stars, no question.

I wish I could rate this place with a five-star. It came down the fact that I paid $7.95 for a 16oz latte. Completely absurd. The coffee shop itself is very nice. A lot of space for a single person to a family of four. Or even a large group of people. They have a beautiful, yet cozy outdoor seating area with a nice view of Lake Coeur d’Alene. They do serve a very well put together list of alcoholic drinks, wines and ciders.

Awesome coffee shops with plentiful indoor and outdoor seating, a lot of food options and great coffee. Got a plain drip coffee since this place was known for its roasted coffee and it was great, drank it black, no milk or sugar needed. I enjoyed the stool seating facing the water. It was pretty busy by around 9-10 and all the outdoor seating was taken with a long line, it was worth the wait. My only regret is not bringing my dog so we could enjoy the riverside trail afterwards.
