Coffee House Too
2514 E York St, Philadelphia, PA
Crema's Take
“This Philadelphia spot is a genuine neighborhood gem where you'll be welcomed like a regular from your first visit, complete with complimentary mimosas that set a genuinely generous tone. The kitchen takes pride in hand-prepared food and full breakfasts that keep customers coming back again and again, paired with solid coffee and pastries in a relaxed atmosphere built for lingering conversations. Just a heads up: Sunday mornings come with upbeat dance music that's polarizing depending on your vibe, but the attentive staff and homey warmth more than make up for it.”

Food was fantastic. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Love the free mimosa they offered when I sat down. I will say, the music was driving me nuts. Loud dance music on a Sunday morning is not it. The speaker was also going in and out. Thankfully I was dining alone and brought headphones. Note to owners - please please please fix this as it was otherwise a wonderful experience. I will be returning!
Great service. Very good food and coffee. The only thing I didn't dig was the dance music at 8:00am, but I'm older. The younger folks probably don't care.
To be honest, I prefer to eat food prepared by hand. I LOVE GOOD FOOD. This is the third time I have visited this establishment . Today, I intended to have breakfast and lunch, as I reside in the Holmesburg area. FAR AWAY. I anticipated that my Saturday would commence with exceptional food, as I am preparing for the events of the weekend. However, I was denied the lunch portion, despite the establishment closing at 3:00 PM. While waiting, I noticed that the chef and I exchanged glances as I observed him eating food. I am uncertain whether it was from his plate, a customer’s plate, or one of my shrimp that should have been included in my burrito. Regardless, I am certain that you are aware of my presence. As I waited, I was offered a complimentary drink with each breakfast sandwich I ordered. I was expecting two drinks, but I only received one. Cause it is stated on MENU Finally, I received my food, as I had ordered two shrimp fajita burritos. I typically order the same item, but on my second and third visits, I noticed that the quantity of shrimp did not match the description. I believe that if you charge nearly $18 for a burrito, you should provide the customer with their money’s worth. Therefore, I must express my dissatisfaction with the quantity of the food. The quality was good
Stopped in while I was in the area. Coffee was good my bagel was also good and Josh was super friendly at the counter. Also got a complimentary mimosa while I waited, an excellent gesture.
This was my first time at this establishment & I enjoyed the vibes, it gave very much homey and I loved every minute of it, service is amazing, the waiter kept checking on us to make sure we were okay with everything. Now on to the food, the breakfast cheeseburger is to dieeeee for, the flavor was there, super juicy and well cooked, I savored in it. The way the it just melts with every bite… (metaphorically speaking )…. I will definitely be returning to this place, 10/10 if I can give it more than 5 stars I would ! Hidden gem 💎 for sure
