Springs Cafe
317 S Valley View Blvd, Las Vegas, NV
Crema's Take
“Tucked near Springs Preserve, this laid-back counter-service café punches above its weight with an impressive vegan menu and thoughtfully crafted light fare that feels like a genuine breath of fresh air compared to the Strip's typical offerings. The outdoor seating and charming, unpretentious atmosphere make it an ideal spot to linger with family or friends, though some visitors note that service consistency could use refinement. It's the kind of place that rewards a return visit once the staff finds its rhythm.”

I think there's hope for this place because the business model is sound, but my personal experience visiting there on 12 Feb told me that staff training was lacking. My advice is to be careful with your personal possessions and ensuring you get what you ordered. Other than that, I didn't care for the fries - they were undercooked, unseasoned, and not hot.
10 stars from me!!! The vegan menu was spectacular! So many option that it was hard to choose. So refreshing after the junky food on the strip. My son got a beautiful avocado toast which came with fresh (not pre packages) and perfectly ripe avocado on sourdough bread and I got a vegan burger. Both came with sides, I even had vegan bacon in my burger. We added a side of vegan egg which was excellent. The prices are very reasonable and relatively low, We paid under $30 for a VERY filling meal for both me and my son. The staff was so nice and they employ people with special needs which made it extra special. If we ever find ourself in the area again we'll definitely come back!
Seat yourself cafe. Grab a menu at the door and when you are ready to order, go up to the counter to pay and grab your number. Very cute atmosphere and great seating outside to see the strip in the distance. Very clean place. All 5 star comments. Staff was great except... The only reason why this got 3 stars is because I ordered birthday waffles (for my birthday) and pancakes with fruit came out. When the error was mentioned, plain waffles were the replacement. I have no idea what the birthday cake waffles are, but pretty sure they aren't plain waffle mix. Really bummed so we gave up asking for the correct order. They let us keep the pancakes anyway, so I guess that's fine. Just a little bitter about not getting the special waffles. Also, the syrup is hotel syrup. Kinda weird tasting.
What a sweet, little hidden treasure on our visit to SPRINGS PRESERVE. We had grown-ups, children and absolutely loved the portion size, presentation and portions and flavors. MISS ALEXA,f our Cashier and Order-Taker is absolutely fabulous. Definitely stop and visit ALL of their lovely, helpful staff.. Oh and there's an outdoor patio.
I visited the cafe on a Saturday afternoon with family. We specifically drove for the cafe after hearing a large number of reviews. It did not disappoint. The Cafe is outside of the Preserve so you don’t have to enter the Preserve to enjoy the amazing food. We were seated outside on a gorgeous day and it was lovely. We had the Vegan Bakon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich and the Vegan Breakfast Burrito. Everything was absolutely amazing!! I plan to return many times because the food was over the top awesome!! The customer service was top notch and the atmosphere was laid back and relaxed. You will find plenty of free parking and the bathrooms were very clean. I highly recommend this cafe!!
