Crema's Take

Bentley's Coffee in Keizer has earned serious love for their indulgent approach to blended drinks—think less watery café standard and more decadent milkshake consistency that keeps customers coming back. Beyond the coffee, their expansive menu of creative beverages (from chai lattes to signature mochas and smoothies) means there's something genuinely delightful for everyone, paired with staff who take time to guide first-timers without any pressure. While the generous portions come at a slightly premium price, the quality and care put into each drink make it worth the visit.

Service was excellent. I had never been there before and don't drink coffee very often but needed a little boost, the guy help me decide what to get didn't rush me, was super helpful asking me questions to help me figure out what I would like. The Iced coffee drink was ok. Strong coffee bean taste, a little bitter for my taste. For me it just did not have a wow factor.

The hot chai with oat milk is delicious. However on our last visit our order was entered wrong and we were given the wrong drink. The staff just laughed and shrugged it off, then charged us the difference in price. Poor customer service has turned us off going here anymore.

Ordered the blended mochas we usually like to drink. Most places in the US make them too watery. Bentley's was more like a milk shake, the way we prefer it.

This place actually has a lot more smoothies and other soft drinks than coffee which is good, in a way. That said, I got the mocha and it was quite good. I would say it’s like 10% overpriced, just comparing to other coffee shops in the area. But that doesn’t take away the quality of taste of their drinks. Definitely recommend swinging by this place for a beverage if you are in Keizer
