Crema's Take

The Governor's Cup is a beloved local gathering spot where excellent espresso and thoughtfully crafted pour overs share the spotlight with fresh bagel sandwiches named after Bob Dylan songs and a roasted red pepper that keeps people coming back. The gorgeous loft space, curated art collection, and carefully chosen soundtrack create an unhurried atmosphere perfect for lingering over coffee or catching up with friends, while the pastry case (including vegan options) and hearty breakfast offerings round out the experience. It's the kind of place where the coffee is genuinely good enough to anchor your morning, but the whole vibe—relaxed, artful, and unpretentiously cool—is what makes it feel like home.

Absolutely beautiful cafe, gorgeous art on the walls, a lovely loft upstairs and excellent music as the soundtrack to your cafe moment. The food is delicious, I highly recommend the roasted red pepper shmear. Every beverage I had was not only tasty but beautiful to boot. Stop in and have a cup!

The cool locals' hangout café. Good coffee and tea. They have good bagel sandwiches, named after Bob Dylan songs. They also have pastries—I'm don't like those, but they're popular, and some are vegan donuts. The baristas and all friendly and full of energy. Always good music cranking. Maybe closest place to the Star Wars cantina in Salem. I wish they stayed open longer at night!

Superb coffee in Bicheno! Relaxed happy vibes! Had latte, hot chocolate. The coffee is good, gives me a calm feeling on a windy day. Sausage and egg are nice! Eggs are superb. Tables are limited, so help them to clear the table is u want to have a seat. Dun have the entitled customer Vybe’s here. All are equal. The staff are very welcoming. Coming again for lunch!

This place has some excellent sandwiches which are made fresh. The coffee is tasty as well. There could be more seating yet it is to be expected in a small establishment. Nice spot to stop if you can wrestle a chair away from one of the regulars.
