Crema's Take

Analog's legendary egg sandwich—crispy, deeply savory, and endlessly customizable—is worth planning your Seattle morning around, and the coffee program lives up to the hype with meticulous pour-overs and espresso that tastes balanced rather than aggressive. The vibe is unassumingly cool: think vintage magazines, a small outdoor courtyard, and baristas who actually want to chat, making it equally good for lingering solo or meeting a friend. Food and coffee at this caliber in one place is rare enough that regulars come back constantly.

What to expect

Espresso-focused, with a pour-over program, good cold brew. A slow-sit, laptop-friendly, outdoor seating spot, good for meetings. Full breakfast, pastries, and light food on the menu. Parking available.

It took me a while to visit this coffee shop because when I was looking at the photos, I wasn’t sure if the vibe is the kind I like. Once I visited, I realized that the photos don’t do this place justice. There are a lot of personalities in the decor and the music that is unique…

I really like this little coffee shop. The food is great and the drinks are even better. They have a little outdoor courtyard you can eat in as well as a bar counter inside with all the daily papers pinned up- really cool touch 🤙🏻
