Coffee Republic

Grabbed a sleepless and salty for my wife before walking up pilot butte, absolutely amazing. Maybe I’ve been missing out on the coffee and PB combo, because it was so much better than expected. Plus I appreciate that my reusable mug was too small so they recommended I use their cup to get the entire beverage. That’s SERVICE. ***Update, went back again today, got that sleepless blended again, still a banger, then got every treat on their food menu, absolutely killer. Rea the proprietor is doing magical things here people. Her friend makes the treats locally too?! Support it all!

I love this place. Their drinks are always so good and only a few places sell white coffee and they make it so good.

I got an oat milk latte here this morning and unfortunately it wasn’t good. It was made with Costco oat milk, not shaken first, and was scalded which meant it was too hot to drink for a very long time. :( Feeling disappointed.

This is a great coffee joint with amazing smoothies, bubble tea, and coffee for the whole family. They also have a ton of breakfast food options including breakfast burritos and muffins. We highly recommend this place.

The beverages here are truly outstanding, from the fresh syrups to the perfect espresso shots. The last time I was there we tried the chocolate chip cookies…they are to die for! I don’t know what wizardry they’ve used, but the chocolate sits in perfect layers between fluffy cookie with a pinch of sea salt on top. Must try!
