The moment we walked in no one greeted us. There was zero interaction. Other than what do you want to drink. And then “who sat them here” Sirloin was grey, and had zero flavor. Eggs- well apparently you can mess up eggs, because over medium means runny whites….. The only thing good about this place was the fruit… they were able to slice it well and keep it cold. And the atmosphere wasn’t bad. Employees- zero hospitality, zero dress code, and zero standards. Sad, could be a good place, but it needs a new owner.

Love eating here! The food is always fresh & cooked to order. The folks are friendly & always quick to take care of you. Tammy always has a smile on her face and never falters on making sure you have everything you want or need to make your meal experience just right!

Sooooo, we own a diner so I know the restaurant business! We drive and hour and a half up to Springfield for church on Sundays and we look forward to breakfast here! Whats funny is I normally just order a gyro at breakfast because they are so darn good! HOWEVER everything on there menu is absolutely delicious! The food is awesome the service is some of the best ever, AND the prices are very fair for the portions you get! Top notch and the best of the best in Springfield! Like I said we own a restaurant/diner and I know the business inside and out but this place will be tough to beat!

So the Hillbilly and co-worker decided to hit Kearney Street Cafe for lunch while being out and about. For the most part, it was very good. PROS - good selection on the menu, a TON of bacon on my Texas fries, lots of seating, and GREAT service from Tammy. CONS - my Boston Chicken sandwich was good, but had a very small piece of chicken that was barely half the size of the bun. If you want a good place for breakfast and lunch, Kearney Street Cafe is a solid choice.

This place has revolutionary food. Like its mouthwatering just to think about. Im like 92% sure that they have a staircase in the back that leads up to a kitchen in heaven and thats where the food is made. I picked 3 appetizers for my meal and it was MORE than enough food. Amazing service as well! Tammy needs a raise!!! She is so fun and has amazing energy. She was also very interactive with all of us at the table, including my youngest cousin who is 6, and i appreciate that a lot in the service industry. Everyone in there is very kind and helpful and overall it was a very positive experience.
