Butterfly Cafe

Crema's Take
“Butterfly Cafe is a thoughtful spot where the baristas genuinely care about their craft, taking time to discuss ingredients and hand-make signatures like their celebrated lavender syrup and Broadway latte. Beyond excellent coffee, they're known for an all-day egg, ham, and pesto breakfast sandwich that keeps people coming back, plus homemade pastries and light fare that pair perfectly with their slow, intentional approach to service.”

The epitome of a cute college town coffee place. We enjoyed the way they took their time to discuss ingredients so everything tasted great. A friendly suggestion would be to add a changing table to the restroom, since it’s a large space :)
I got the cream of mushroom and tomato soups and they were both kind of awful. The tomato soup tasted like canned Campbells and the cream of mushroom was just really tangy and not good. I really wanted to like this place. Staff was super nice though and the atmosphere was cute, just really bad soup.
Decided to try this place after I saw good reviews on it. It’s definitely worth the trip! It’s such a cute little building and they do have outside tables to sit at. The service was great-very friendly and accommodating. I got the ham and cheese and it was delicious. The onions were cooked perfectly, the herb aioli added the perfect taste, and the bread was nice and toasted. There’s no immediate parking besides the street, but there is a parking lot in the back with 2 hour parking.
