This family owned and operated coffee shop offers a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. The coffee itself is unique and thoughtfully crafted, with flavors that clearly reflect the care and quality behind every cup. What makes it even more special is the barista—an absolute expert in their craft—who brings both passion and deep knowledge to the art of coffee. It’s rare to find a place where the people behind the counter are this dedicated to their craft, and it makes every visit feel intentional, welcoming, and truly one-of-a-kind. ☕
From the moment you walk in, you can tell this place is special. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the staff is genuinely kind, and everything feels thoughtfully curated. The coffee is exceptional, rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced. You can taste the quality in every sip. Their matcha drink is just as impressive: vibrant, creamy, and not overly sweet, with that authentic earthy flavor that true matcha lovers appreciate. And the chai latte? Absolutely delicious. It has the perfect blend of spice and sweetness, comforting without being overpowering. The food deserves just as much praise. Everything tastes fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. Whether you’re stopping in for breakfast, a light lunch, or just something to pair with your drink, you won’t be disappointed. This is the kind of place you find once and immediately add to your regular rotation. Highly recommend. Five stars all the way! ⭐️
From the moment we walked into The Black Sheep Specialty Coffee, I knew we had found somewhere special. The soft sound of Christian music playing in the background immediately set a peaceful tone, and we were warmly greeted by what clearly appears to be a beautiful, multi-generational family business. I absolutely love supporting local establishments, and this one truly stands out. The space is bright, clean, and inviting. The menu offers plenty of options for every taste, and I especially loved that you can actually smell the coffee beans before choosing your brew — such a thoughtful and unique touch! There are games for all ages, making it a great spot to gather, along with fun merchandise available for purchase. We ordered a hot tea, cappuccino, caramel frappe, and two Honey Toasts. The presentation alone was like edible artwork — and everything tasted just as incredible as it looked. Every person in our group thoroughly enjoyed what they ordered. Let’s just say… I’ve already been asked when we can go back — and I’m all for it. I highly recommend The Black Sheep Specialty Coffee. We will absolutely be returning!
The Black Sheep Specialty Coffee is a gem. Fernando made me one of the best flat whites I’ve had in a long time — perfectly balanced, silky microfoam, and that rich, smooth espresso that lingers just right. You can tell he really cares about the craft. Then came the affogato… wow. The espresso poured over the ice cream was bold and fragrant without overpowering the sweetness — simple but executed flawlessly. And the matcha affogato? Unexpected and incredible. The earthy matcha paired beautifully with the creamy base, creating something unique but still comforting. Great coffee, thoughtful preparation, and service that makes you want to stay awhile. Definitely coming back.
A hidden gem — 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Black Sheep Coffee is a clean, modern spot with an awesome vibe. The space feels bright and open with a cool industrial look, and I loved all the little details, the wall of customer-decorated cups is a nice touch. Daniel made the experience even better, with excellent service, but also deep knowledge about all things coffee. The coffee menu makes it easy to order and it’s clear they take their craft seriously tons of different brew methods and options you'll probably learn something new about how to brew coffee. The staff was friendly and focused, and everything came out looking super well-made. I also tried one of their Honey Toast and it was seriously beautiful (fresh berries, great presentation) and tasted just as good as it looked. If you’re in the area and want quality coffee in a place that feels unique, this is absolutely worth a stop. A locals new favorite spot 👍
