The owner, Brian, is deeply focused on sourcing and roasting single-origin, fully traceable coffee beans—and it shows in every cup. Beyond great coffee, I love his strong sense of community. Brian is genuinely invested in supporting other small businesses and helping cultivate a vibrant, connected Bonita Springs. Businesses like this roastery make Bonita feel current, thoughtful, and in step with what people want in 2026. Be sure to ask about the organic coffee.

Just tried fresh roasted coffee beams for the first time, and it was amazing! The owners were super friendly and super helpful. They made the experience so easy and enjoyable. Definitely going back for more of these delicious beans. Highly recommend checking them out if you haven't already!

I received a fancy espresso machine for my birthday. I made some really terrible coffee! Until I stopped in the Grumpy Goat and had master roaster Brian walk me through the intricacies of coffee. Today my coffee tastes so amazing, not bitter at all. I was specifically looking for mold free. Mycotoxin free coffee and he explained his tracing process and how he assures the best quality coffee. I’m super impressed and confident that I am consuming a safe and delicious product. (And the price is just a bit more than the stuff you get at the grocery store)
