Horrible company with a horrible product. Stay away from their K-Cups, it's not the cleanest facility by far, the K-Cups are the bottom of the barrel product
I have been a loyal customer for years. Loved the flavor, eventhough Amazon is right down the street from me, and carries it. It has become milder, less flavorful, downright lousy. This current bag of whole bean (which I order) is very weak, despite a heavy presence of product in my coffeemaker. I'd rather pay for whole bean at the grocery store from good distributors, than buy from you any longer. You've surely cut corners for the profit, and ruined your product. Definitely not worth the money, you've lost a loyal customer of years and years
Love the coffee. But the new Kuerig coffee makers have a five hole punch. The plastic on the gold coffee co k-cups don’t puncture so all you get is water. Wish I would not have wasted my money.
I would not recommend their Kcups. We bought a box and more than half the Kcups exploded. It seems that a lot of American companies have sold out and their products are now going down hill....😥
Purchased a bag of Gold Coffee Companys Special Reserve Kona Blend, and it was the worst coffee I have ever had in my life. Instant coffee outshines what Gold Coffee can produce anyday
