I love buying coffee from this place. The customer service is top notch, they truly go above and beyond. Such pleasant people to work with. The coffee is a great tasting. I love that I can order on the website. I always love to support a local business. If you have not tried this place yet do yourself a favor buy your whole coffee beans and ground coffee from here. You will not buy from anywhere else ever again!! The website was descriptive. I bought espresso beans and ground coffee. Lots of options. I found it helpful to see what was written as a description on the website too and their recommendations.

Amazing coffee! Tried the Dark Matter whole bean. Great through the espresso machine. Highly recommend!!

This coffee is amazing! We ordered three different kinds (Dark Mass, Costa Rica and Negative Mass) and all of them rocked. The Dark Mass gave me a great buzz, the Costa Rica was super smooth and the Negative Mass has been a nice change for no caffeine but the great flavor of coffee I need. Get on this coffee now!

I met Critical Mass at a trade show style event in Massachusetts and immediately fell in love with both their flavors and their branding and concept. (I'm a science nerd.) I've tasted many of their blends, and they were so tasty that I created a subscription and bought a bunch to give as gifts!
