Harvest Coffee Bar
101 N Main St, Bryan, TX
Crema's Take
“Harvest Coffee Bar pulls shots with real precision and intention, delivering coffee that tastes like the baristas genuinely know their craft—their specialty drinks and signature creations showcase genuine creativity beyond the standard menu. The crew excels at dialing in details like oatmilk texture and pastry pairings that elevate the experience, though fair warning: they can struggle during busy moments, so patience is part of the Harvest experience in this college town spot.”

This rating is only for the quality of the coffee, not for the ambience and all that jazz. They pull solid shots and they know what they are doing. You can taste it in the coffee. I am rather ambivalent about the ambience (although people seem to hate it for some reason). Solid offering along with Carport near the university.
Love Harvest. They are the best coffee shop in town. I’d say for those who like Oatmilk lattes is important that the milk is not burnt. However, I am confident Harvest’s crew will get it right next time. I’ll keep you posted. Cheers ☕️
Unfortunately they can’t staff or keep up with even mild traffic. 3 customers came in while I was here and we all waited between 5 and 15m for a coffee. One single person was working. They have an automated machine so you don’t interact with a human being at all unless you want to, but it still prompts you to tip? Everything else was lovely though!
Loved the coffee! I had the Harvest vanilla coffee. It was really delicious and no bitter taste. The barista was superb and sold us on a chocolate pastry. It was worth it! The only downside was the place is pretty industrial and stripped down. The bathrooms are a little drab. Definitely stop for the coffee and the service.
I know that this place is a college town, so I took that into consideration as well. The place was loud, it was difficult to order and listen to my colleagues. Ordered 4 drip coffees and they were warm, not hot. My sister ordered a s'mores latte and it wasn't until she was almost finished that she noticed that everything was at the bottom of the latte. Once stirred the flavor came out. Hot chocolate was warm too. No place to sit either, students taking over the whole place ruined the experience. It is a nice place and location, but nothing out of the ordinary.
