Wild Starr Creations and Coffee House

Our office had our holiday party in the Splatter Paint Room at Wild Starr Creations, and it was awesome! The experience was so much fun, and we enjoyed being able to let loose and be creative. Angel was attentive and always making sure we had plenty of paint. Would highly recommend for a local activity!

Great little coffee place with awesome staff. Discovered Wild Starr on a 2 hour layover for our Royal Caribbean Land tour. Just down the road from the Alaska Museum and the Marriott, we went back for coffee when we returned to Anchorage for our flights home.

I absolutely love Wild Starr! I find new treasures every time I visit and I love their unique coffee flavors in the coffee shop. This art print I found is a favorite on my wall at home! I think it's so wonderful how supportive they are of local businesses and sourcing locally made for their store and coffee shop ❤️ Linda and Angel are such lovely people and have created such a unique space for downtown Anchorage

Wild Starr creations is one of my very favorite places in Anchorage! The store has the best selection of products and you can really tell how much care is spent on curating items. The coffee shop is the best in Anchorage and is my go to spot in downtown when I need a pick me up. I also absolutely love the art studio! We had my son’s 10th birthday there and Angel special ordered football shaped mosaic molds for my sports obsessed kiddo and his friends to do. The best part about Wild Starr is that it is more than just a business, since opening it has become a community gathering place. I will never forget the time I stopped in with my kiddo and his buddy to grab coffee and a snack and ended up staying for over three hours because the boys were having such a good time hanging out and chatting. It can be so hard to connect with the tween crowd and it was so lovely to just be together. In an age of tech it is so telling that my kiddo loves to spend time there! The owners Linda and Angel facilitate these moments with their welcoming and genuine care for every person who walks in. I have never felt just like a customer at Wild Starr, from the first time I walked in I felt appreciated and have developed a sense of community with the owners, the workers, the regulars, and many of the wonderful guest artists.

My friends and I had a tumbler making party and it was AMAZING! Angel instructed beautifully, was very accommodating, and made us all so comfortable in the art studio. When making the tumblers, we were given very clear directions, and if we had trouble Angel jumped in to help right away. The storefront has such cute items that you can’t find anywhere else in town. Definitely booking a wine and paint night soon!
