Crema's Take

This downtown Tampa gem has earned its loyal following with genuinely kind baristas who make every visit feel like a conversation with a friend, paired with consistently excellent coffee that shines whether you're ordering a traditional espresso or a carefully poured pour over. The cozy, quirky space—complete with a charming cat wall and fresh bakery items—makes it an ideal spot to linger over a cup, though regulars note you might want to catch them on a cooler day. With 18 locations across the Tampa area and a commitment to grinding beans to order, Kahwa proves that a local roaster can scale without losing the personal touch that keeps people coming back.

This place is amazing. I love to talk to the barista and they are always so kind. The management does need to fix the AC as it was very hot when I went. The coffee is always very good and the experience is always positive

This local coffee company now has 18 locations, mostly in Tampa. They grind beans-to-order for your coffee and I am happy with a plain coffee with an alternative milk to enjoy the rich flavor. Today, NOAH gives me all the deets on the store with a special Sweater coffee deal on National Sweater Day. They also have a special bagged Hope Roast coffee that supports a charitable organization, the CURE. I passed on the moist, over-sized banana breads and muffins. They look so awesome. Wheel chair access venue with wheel chair access pay by app street parking and paid garage parking with curb cuts

Stumble across this coffee shop while walking around downtown Tampa after the library. It is such a cute shop and I really enjoy the cat’s wall and small bakery items. There’s plenty of seats inside and outside to enjoy some delicious coffee/teas and bakery items. The tea we ordered was a bit bitter since it tasted burnt, but the matcha tea was perfectly sweetened.

*Great Ambience Meets, Wonderful Flavor* This was my first Kahwa experience and it left a lasting impression. Found on the corner of E Polk street in downtown Tampa this coffee shop was humming on Sunday morning. Upon entering my wife and I were greeted with friendly smiles. The menu was simple and they were advertising an iced Hawaiian option. We ordered and walked our way around that eye catching circular centerpiece brew station/cashier place there is a lot to be seen. From local artwork to comfortable seating, this place is great. We picked up our order and to my great pleasure that iced coffee option was spectacular. It reminded me of Hawaiian coffee I’ve had in the past but, the flavor when paired with almond milk was a 10/10! This place is well worth the visit if you found yourself in downtown Tampa!
