I frequent Tropical smoothie 2-3 times a week and have been a regular customer for a few years. I just had a horrible experience with Madison and am questioning whether to continue supporting this business as they clearly dont know how to hire people with customer service skills. I received a $50 giftcard for Christmas, uploaded it into the app and went into to get a wrap and smoothie. When scanning to pay, the cashier didn’t know what she was doing so called Madison over. She then came over and mumbled some words saying shes going to the back and get it started and walked away. I go and sit down and am waiting 20 minutes for my food I look up and ask if its ready and the cashier says that I need to go into the app and order. I said ive been waiting here 20 minutes and you all havent said a word to me. I asked to speak with a manager because this type of service is unacceptable and of course they said no one was in. I spoke with Madison about her tone and the way she handled the situation and she was nonchalant and simply didnt care. Businesses really need to learn how to hire and train people who understand customer service.

Ordered from a delivery app due to me being sick and was surprised with an encouraging note on my drink! The order was well put together and everything tasted amazing. I highly recommend the açaí bowl!

We used to visit tropical smoothie on a regular basis when we lived in Tuscaloosa two years ago. We were back for the game on Saturday. Not greeted when we came in, waited over 5 minutes to be spoken to, ordered and the machine was frozen on you must tip 15%, food presented in a sloppy manner. Will never go again.

I got the Santa Fe dilla and my boyfriend got the chicken bacon ranch flat bread. It’s always fresh never a bad taste. Every time we go they give us good substitutions for our smoothies to make them taste better or to fit how healthy we wanna be
