Crema's Take

The Greenery Cafe is a beloved breakfast destination in Kittery where homemade touches define everything from their legendary cinnamon bread with jam to their in-house bloody marys and inventive benedicts like the crab cake and lobster varieties. The kitchen takes their time and does it right, turning out oversized blueberry pancakes, just-baked muffins, and perfectly executed omelets that justify the frequent 30-minute wait. It's the kind of warm, family-friendly spot where locals and visitors don't mind lingering over coffee because the food and welcoming atmosphere make it worth every minute.

We're right here for breakfast New Year's Day and ordered blueberry pancakes and a blueberry muffin. The pancakes were as large as the plate and the muffin just came out of the oven and was very large. Fabulous place to eat breakfast it is a small place so there might be a wait. We bought four muffins to go they were that good! Keep in mind that they close at 2:00 p.m. Would definitely go back and highly recommend.

Absolutely unbelievable breakfast. Worth the wait. You have to get the cinnamon bread and jam. It’s without a doubt the best toast and jam I’ve ever had. Coffee was good and muffins are incredible. Life changing breakfast.

Excellent breakfast. We'll done. Crab Cake Benedict was spot on. Ruben omelet delicious with saurkraut. Very busy place. Most people didn't flinch on a 30 minute wait. That says the food is good. Get a side of cinnamon toast...

Had an amazing experience at The Greenery Cafe in Ogunquit. Their bloody mary, made in-house, was a highlight. The lobster & Irish benedicts, paired with the best shredded potatoes, were incredible. Our waitresses, Michelle & Misty, were super attentive. Can't wait to go back!
