Crema's Take

Tucked into downtown Kittery, this compact café punches above its weight with Vietnamese coffee, creative specialty drinks, and standout baked goods like their celebrated vegan and gluten-free scones that locals rave about. Whether you're grabbing a quick cold brew or settling into their generous outdoor seating for a leisurely breakfast sandwich, the team here moves with impressive efficiency while keeping the vibe unhurried and welcoming. The genuine warmth from staff and thoughtful menu details—from matcha options to quality pastries—make it the kind of neighborhood spot that feels like a discovery even when you just stumbled in looking for parking.

Excellent coffee shop in downtown Ogunquit! Lots of fun drinks on the menu, and delicious breakfast sandwiches! We got the bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwiches and the bacon that they used was out of this world good! Can’t recommend this place enough; it’s the perfect place for a morning pick me up on vacation!

We just happened upon this wonderful shop because we found parking and took a look over and saw the Backyard. We got a hot and iced Vietnamese coffee and 2 blueberry scones suggested by the darling young woman taking our order. Coffee was fabulous and the blueberry scones were incredible! My husband went back while I was shopping to get a sandwich a couple hours later. Great little ‘accidental’ find!

Stopped in for a gluten free breakfast sandwich and coffee. The option for gluten free bread is great & the coffee flavor was really delicious but there was just way too much cream in the drink. I opted for the brown butter maple latte, iced. I recommend to get this flavor hot as it seems to be a homemade syrup made with real butter which does not melt in a cold drink. The flavor is really delicious, but if you want a coffee taste also ask for less cream/milk or an extra shot of espresso. I would still highly recommend going here!

Great little coffee/food/sweets stop! Don't let the size fool you they get orders out pronto! And you get to enjoy your delicious picks inside our...in a fantastic outdoor seating with more than enough room for big families and kids shaded and not. Everything here coffee, hot/cold food, and sweets are hearty if u need it, simple snacks, and something for everyone even kids. Perfect spot on the way down from a beautiful Maine vacation.

Wish I had more time to spend and look through their menu. We got their vegan scones (strawberry and blueberry coconut scones) and I wish there were more vegan options to choose from. Those scones were so decadent but not in a super sweet way, more so like a filling option to start off the day. I highly recommend them for plant based folks.
