Crema's Take

Tucked into Downtown West Palm Beach, this Colombian-focused espresso bar delivers authentic café con leche and quality single-origin coffee that draws regulars seeking that genuine taste of Salento. Beyond the stellar coffee, they've crafted an inviting slowdown-worthy space with thoughtful touches like their Spanish matcha and pastries that range from traditional empanadas to creative paninis, making it the kind of cozy neighborhood spot where an hour disappears without trying.

Came on a slow Monday at 4pm. This café is a cute little spot! The coffee was solid. They have nondairy milk options. The chicken pesto panini was delicious! The bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a croissant was also good. The outdoor seating area is nice to hang around, do work, or simply eat outside and enjoy the nice weather. Employees were nice and accommodating. Coming from Miami where this would cost upwards of $50, $35 for two coffees and two meals isn’t too bad. Overall great place, would definitely come back!

We came here early in the morning to enjoy some coffee and have a light breakfast. It was our first time here. Unfortunately, I really didn’t like the coffee at all. The ham and cheese panini was good.

Salento Coffee did not disappoint. I was in downtown West Palm looking for a good café con leche and a Spanish-style breakfast, and what attracted me was the quality Colombian coffee they serve. Everything lived up to it, the café con leche was excellent, the egg and bacon white arepa was delicious, and the empanada and pan de bono were amazing. Fresh, flavorful, and highly recommended.

If you’re anywhere near Downtown WPB and need a moment 🙏🏽💫, Salento Coffee, a cute Colombian coffeeshop, is IT. I finally tried their Spanish matcha and let me tell you… it is pretty amazing. Smooth, rich, perfectly balanced—not grassy, not bitter—just indulgent, cozy, and elevated. You can taste the care in every sip. Rey and Guadalupe? ANGELS. Warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind—the kind of service that makes your day better, not just your coffee/matcha. You feel seen, remembered, and treated like a human, not a transaction. Yes, it’s a treat (matcha is $8 and there’s only one size), but honestly? Worth. Every. Penny. This is not your grab-and-go caffeine hit—this is a pause, a ritual, a little luxury in the middle of a busy day. The presentation alone (look at that latte art!) feels like love in a cup. Highly, highly recommended. If you love matcha 🍵 and appreciate quality, intention, and heart—go. 💚

We visited Salentos on an early Sunday morning before heading to brunch later in the day. It's a really cute little coffee shop. I had a tiramisu iced coffee and a colombian beef empanada. Service was friendly and quick. The coffee was silky smooth and just the right sweetness. The empanada had a crispy shell and flavorful filling. They offer a variety of drinks, breakfast and desserts. I loved the decor around this unique little shop. It took me back to my childhood visit to Colombia. They have events in the courtyard area the first Friday of the month and on Saturdays during the green market.
