Barista was very nice and helpful! I’d never been to MOKA before and asked for a recommendation on a latte. She didn’t disappoint with recommending an almond raspberry white chocolate latte. Sooo good 😊

When my car battery died in line today, the staff were so kind and incredibly helpful. Hannah tried jumping my car despite the wind and snowy weather, and they offered a spot in the staff-only area to stay warm while waiting for my tow. Food and drinks are good, the people are even better.

Both the blended and iced matcha were awful. They tasted like pure sugar and milk with zero matcha flavor. They also charge extra for alternative milk, so each drink ends up costing like $8 if not more, which is insane.

Definitely appreciate service, especially at locations that don't guilt tip, ie. charge your card and then turn the screen back at you and say oh there's a question for you and it's like I'm a loser who needs a tip.. yeah I appreciate how I've been seeing less of that here at MOKA and definitely went out of the way to go to this one.

This was my first time trying out Moka since moving to Madison. I ordered an XL caramel macchiato—it was delicious, and the price was unbeatable! I love that it’s in my neighborhood and right along my drive to work. I’d been looking for a quick coffee stop on my commute, and this place is perfect. The staff was amazing 👏🤩.
