Club Cafe

Crema's Take
“Club Cafe is a beloved Pittsburgh institution that brilliantly straddles the line between coffee shop and intimate music venue, where you're just as likely to catch a live show as you are to settle in with a thoughtfully crafted cocktail or specialty cold brew. The recently revamped space honors its 20+ year legacy with carefully curated drinks and a warm, well-maintained atmosphere that feels both polished and authentically lived-in. Whether you're standing shoulder-to-shoulder for a concert or lingering over a creative mocktail, this is where Pittsburgh's community gathers for real connection and genuine hospitality.”

Mostly a standing venue. We got a cute Valentine adult snack box and good drink specials
No complaints about this place. We saw a concert here a week ago. Nice stage, and a good amount of room inside. Drinks were good, and the place was clean and well managed.
I was so excited to hear about the reopening and new ownership of Club Cafe! The owners revamped the whole space but kept its original charm. The cocktail/mocktail & beer menu was thoughtfully curated by the bar manager, Cullen; who was kind and efficient! Every cocktail I tried was delicious and refreshing! The whole staff was accommodating. I can’t wait to frequent more shows here! 10/10 best ABBA disco party bathroom of all Pittsburgh potties!
Pittsburgh's best small club with great sound in a very intimate setting. We're very sad to see it is closing. So we're drowning our sorrows by seeing as many shows as possible before the end of the year. Cheers to all the great memories!
I've been going to the Club Cafe for over 20+ years now, and I can honestly say that it's definitely one of my favorite AND one of, if not the MOST intimate venues I've ever been to personally. The staff is also very friendly and helpful and I've thoroughly enjoyed EVERY single time I've been there and recording who I go see there!!! It's intimacy allows us fans to get closer than ever to some of our favorite musicians and bands, and it generally sounds pretty great in there taboot too!!! I always setup my Schoeps microphones at the last pole, which is just about an equilateral triangle from the stage, and is in a great location for my mics. As usual, Thursday night's Octave Cat show sounds sublime, even though the crowd gets louder and more talkative the more alcohol they consume LoL 😁 Anyway, PERFECT little venue I've been going to for over 20+ years now, and I'll continue to keep going back if things stay the way they have been the last 20 years. Great bands, friendly staff, clean environment, and sounds good inside. And the intimacy is obviously incredible. That's exactly why I keep going back after all of these years 🙏✌️👍💯🕺
