Cowgirl Coffee

Usually really enjoy this place, but the staff has been increasingly rude about the fact that you can’t use gift cards with their “system switching”. I’ve been turned away twice now after attempting to use my gift card, which is unacceptable due to the card already being paid for, so I should be able to pay with it. On top of that, the baristas have been very rude and seemed annoyed that I even asked, even though it’s a gift card to this establishment! When I came through at the beginning of the week, the baristas said to come back at the end of the week. When I did, the system was supposedly still down, and when I mentioned that the barista responded with a lot of sass and was unwilling to help me.

I’m a die hard Cowgirl Coffee fan. My husband bought me all the merch for Christmas. But my favorite part? My Kalispell Cowgirl Coffee Barista. If I could give Gretchen 10 stars I would! She is SO SWEET. Genuine. Makes the best coffee and knows how to make you feel important!!

Smoothies have no flavor and when asked to fix it you’re told that’s how it’s done and you didn’t specify you wanted more flavor! Tasted like drinking ice and milk blended ended up tossing and had to pay for another drink because they wouldn’t add some strawberry!

We were a vendor at local arts and craft show at the arena and Cowgirl Coffee was the coffee vendor, they got there early so the vendors could get a coffee before the show started (so appreciated) I had an Americano and my wife had a London Fog, both were very good, so much so that the following morning we went and found there drive through location for the ride home, consistently good drinks.

Excellent spiced mocha while running through town, will return when I can. Absolutely excellent coffee even if a bit more money than the usual price at a coffee joint.
