Copper Mountain Coffee

this is the only CMC I go to daily! all the girls are always so kind, especially Becca! They all are always so happy and just make your day better. I love them all so much 🩷

I ordered the coffee of the day with oat milk, I could tell the girl was not listening she just repeated he coffee of the day 16z.. She then charged me for the coffee before I received it. She shut the window and when she opened it to give the coffee I asked again to confirm it’s with oat milk. She tells me oh no, I apologize and was trying to be nice and said I thought I asked for it with oat milk. She said I’ll have to charge you for the oat milk. I say that’s totally fine. She starts talking about the situation with another girl in the back with the window open while I’m right there in my car listening, she glances over shut the window, reopens it and says I have to charge you for a whole new Coffee. even though it was their mistake that they didn’t put oat milk in the coffee the first time!! so I got charged twice for their mistake!! She Didn’t apologize, she didn’t try to resolve the issues just charged me twice and wasn’t even nice about it!! Horrible customer service! - I emailed the company and they took care of the situation. They were so kind and understanding they apologized for the inconvenience. They told me this is not the normal and not up to their standards. They offered me a free drink to make up for my experience.

I change up locations frequently but this location is by far the best!! All the girls are so fun and friendly. Anna is the best!! She always makes the best surprise moonshines and she is so bubbly! Makes my day!

This group is so kind! They greet and have conversations with you which makes my day. In my opinion they are also the best location when it comes to moonshines

Absolutely ADORE the girls at Copper Mountain Coffee on Meridian! They are friendly, fast, and make the best coffee of all the locations. Even when the lines are long, it’s worth the wait and honestly it moves pretty fast.
