Dry Storage

Crema's Take

Dry Storage is a slow-paced espresso haven where the croissants rival what you'd find in France and the baristas take real care with their pours, creating a genuinely chill spot that feels crafted with intention. The focaccia can be hit-or-miss, but the standout sourdough toast with European butter and the croissant breakfast sandwich keep people coming back as much for the food as for the excellent coffee. It's the kind of place where everything tastes made with love, making it a top-tier coffee and bakery destination in Boulder.

I had a vanilla latte which was good and a focaccia which was mid. It had tomato sauce and cheese on it, so it was like a soggy pizza. I’m not sure what I was expecting but it wasn’t that. The cafe was completely full on a Friday afternoon, but still pretty quiet. They have a large outdoor area which I imagine would be nice in the summer.

The croissant breakfast sandwich is pretty outstanding. The coffee is excellent. I also had two thick slices of delicious sourdough toast with European butter and sea salt, which was delicious. They have a nice little terrace outside.

Absolutely A+ for everything! What a wonderful place to get delicious treats and meal! Everything is crafted and served with love! Thank you for filling our bellies with the deliciousness and incredibly friendly service! Lots of traffic here, but they work so efficiently to make sure everyone is served quickly!

Croissant almost as good as I got in France this summer and for sure better than any others I’ve had in the US. Limeade was tangy and delicious too.

This is one of my top 2 bakeries and top 3 coffee spots in town. Good baristas with sometimes exceptional pours. Strong croissant offerings, chill vibes
