Alpine Modern Café

The real reason to visit Alpine Modern Café in Boulder is the food. I drove all the way from Denver just to eat there, which should tell you everything you need to know. The breakfast bacon croissant was excellent—fresh, full of flavor, and completely unforgettable. It’s the kind of dish you think about later in the day and start planning your return visit around. The coffee was also very good—exactly what you want from a café—and the space has a relaxed, welcoming feel. The café is in a great location and easy to get to from anywhere in Boulder, which is helpful since resisting a second visit would be nearly impossible. Parking can be a little limited, and you may have to park down the road… but consider it a warm-up walk for the croissant. It’s worth it. I would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a memorable meal and a great coffee experience, with a side of “why didn’t I come here sooner?”

Pretty great spot. Food was delicious, neighborhood was awesome to explore afterwards. Outdoor seating for the nicer days like today, would definitely come back!

Alpine Modern Café in Boulder is in a great location and easy to get to from anywhere in town. The space has a relaxed feel, and the coffee was very good, exactly what you hope for at a café. The food was the real standout. Everything was fresh and full of flavor, and the burrata especially was unbelievable. It is the kind of dish you keep thinking about after you leave. I would absolutely recommend this spot for anyone looking for a memorable meal and a great coffee experience. 10/10.

With the arrival of autumn, the atmosphere has become much more pleasant. The place feels warm and cozy. The staff are friendly, service is fast and attentive, the coffee is delicious and prices are average.

Food was delicious, fresh and tasty. My children loved it, especially breakfast toast with croissant! Latte was very smooth and pleasant 😋 The staff was accommodative, I ordered something by mistake and they exchanged it for a different item without any hesitation. I appreciate the service 🙏 Indoor and outdoor seating available 😀 and they have a high chair for little ones 😀
